I come to you with many life experiences that have allowed me to approach therapy with a compassionate, non-judgmental lens to meet you where you are in this very moment. I am honored to walk beside you on your own journey of self-discovery.

 When I am not being a therapist, you will find me engaged in bicycling and enjoying many of the creative events that Portland has to offer. I am a creative-minded person and dabble in my own creative adventures with sewing, painting, dance, and drawing.

I embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am a strong supporter of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I support our freedom to protest peacefully and hope for a world where each person gets to live their life to their fullest potential without discrimination or injustice.

EXPERIENCE

I received my Master's degree at Marylhurst University in 2013 with a specialty in art therapy and counseling. I have worked for many years in community mental health. I engage in yearly training to keep my skills up-to-date to meet the needs of the current times.
